About Us
Transaction Systems International (TSI) was established in 1996.
The major customer was the U. S. Navy that allowed the Department of Defense to send
a pay file to one of 150 ships anywhere in the world that installed ATMs for pay
disbursements. The sailor could withdraw all or part of their funds via an ATM.
On the larger ships, such as carriers with over 5000 or 6000 sailors aboard, the
sailor could transfer funds from any bank in the U.S. to his account aboard ship
any where in the world.
When the Navy elected to move to what they term a “cashless ship”, the ATMs were
replaced and there was no longer a requirement for the TSI application.
At this point TSI developed the current image processing systems, and its sister
company Payable Systems Inc. (PSI) that provides automation in the Accounts Payable
market, and Post-Audit service that allows auditors to examine payments for up
to 3 years for cash recovery of errors.
TSI systems include the ability to eliminate manual input of invoices, and filing,
plus audits the invoice prior to payment. In addition, TSI offers workflow or Business
Process Systems
TSI is a Microsoft partner, and has implemented over 12 Microsoft products in its
development. In addition, all PSI products can interface into not only all of Microsofts
Dynamics products, by other accounting systems in the market
