Scanning and filing any type
of paper document is the responsibility of the Image Secure Basic Document
Systems. Once a document is scanned in a digital form, it
can be converted to Optical Character Recognition (OCR),
saved in the document repository offering a wide range of search capacity.
One the document has been saved in the repository the user can add annotations,
email, fax and print functionality.

in folders using the system zoning feature.

The Assistant module offers
all of the above features, plus provides the ability to process complex
forms, such as Invoices Medical forms (HCFA,
CMS, UB-92, and UB-04),
Tax forms, Surveys and etc. In addition, process forms that are
printed, handwritten, bar codes and mark sensing documents. The
assistant offers repository control and search capability to the Taskmaster
module.
